Cyber Spark IT Services Private Limited ("Cyber Spark", "we", "us") is a company incorporated in India (CIN U72200JK2021OPC012902), with its registered office at 770/1, Hamdaniya Colony, Sector 6, Bemina, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India – 190018. We are the data fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"). This policy explains what personal data we collect through www.cyberspark.in, why, how we protect it, and the rights you have over it.

• When you contact us: your name, email address, and any phone number, enquiry type and message you give us through our enquiry form.
• When you apply for a role: your name, email, phone number, experience, location, portfolio link, cover letter, your answers to any screening questions, and your CV file, submitted through /careers.
• When you browse: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity collect standard usage data (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address). Nothing runs unless you accept — see our Cookie Policy.

We don't ask for Aadhaar, PAN, bank details or other sensitive personal data on this website, and we'd ask you not to include them in a form.

We process your personal data for the specific purpose you gave it to us for — to respond to your enquiry, or to assess your job application. Submitting a form is how you give consent for that purpose. Where we use analytics cookies, we ask for separate consent through the cookie banner, and nothing runs until you accept. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 9); withdrawing it doesn't affect a reply we've already sent.

We don't sell personal data, and we don't share it for other companies' marketing. A small number of service providers process it on our behalf, only on our instructions:

• Cloudflare — hosts the website and stores enquiry and application data, and provides Turnstile bot protection.
• Google — Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager; Microsoft — Clarity. Both only run after you accept analytics cookies.
• Resend — sends the email notifications and replies described above.
• Slack — receives an internal notification summary so our team can respond promptly.

Some of the providers above may process data on servers outside India. The DPDP Act allows this unless the Indian government has specifically restricted transfer to that country; as of this policy, it hasn't restricted any country our providers operate in.

We keep enquiry and application data only for as long as we need it — enquiries for as long as it takes to respond and a reasonable period afterwards in case you follow up; job applications and CVs for the recruitment process for that role and a reasonable period afterwards in case it reopens. You can ask us to erase your data sooner at any time.

For some roles, our application form calculates an initial score from your answers to help our team sort applications. It's only a sorting aid — a person always reviews your application before any decision is made.

This website only sets the cookies it needs to function until you actively accept analytics cookies. Our Cookie Policy explains what we use and how to change your choice at any time.

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

• ask what personal data of yours we're processing, and a summary of it
• ask us to correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data
• ask us to erase data that's no longer needed for the purpose it was given
• withdraw your consent at any time
• have your grievance addressed, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you become unable to

If you have a complaint about how we've handled your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer at info@cyberspark.in. We'll acknowledge and address it as required under the DPDP Act. If you remain unsatisfied, you can escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

We store enquiry and application data in access-controlled systems, behind a password-protected admin dashboard used only by our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children, and this website isn't directed at them.

We may update this policy as our website or services change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
