OUR STORY
Our Story
CyberSpark was founded by Sameer Bhat with a simple idea: build software the way you would want it built for your own business. Plan it properly, build it to last, and stay with it after launch.
It started with web projects for clients abroad. Those clients came back with bigger problems to solve, and the work grew with them. Websites became platforms, platforms gained mobile apps, and one-off projects became long-term partnerships.
Today CyberSpark is a software company based in India, working with businesses in India, the UK and Europe.
OUR PRODUCTS
Products We Built Because We Needed Them
Building for clients showed us problems of our own, so we solved them:

SparkTalent. A CV tells you little about how someone actually works. SparkTalent assesses candidates on real tasks: coding challenges, QA tests, written answers and video interviews, with AI proctoring.

WorkSpace. Our work was scattered across Git, calendars and leave spreadsheets. WorkSpace brings it together: Git work inside tickets, Google Meet standups, and leave tracking that follows Indian leave rules (CL, EL, SL).

AI Visibility Check. Building software had become the easy part. Many good businesses struggle after launch because nobody can find them. AI Visibility Check shows how a business appears in Google and in AI answers like ChatGPT and Gemini, and what to fix.
We build software. Then we found out being found is the hard part. So we work on that too.

Build to Last
Clear architecture, clean code, tests and documentation you can hand to anyone. We build in short stages and show working software at each one. You own everything we build for you.
Phase 03
Stay After Launch
Software needs looking after. We fix issues, keep it working with new phones, browsers and security updates, and add features as your business grows.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
What We Believe About Building Software
- Plain language beats jargon. You should understand what you are paying for and why. We explain options, trade-offs and risks in words a business owner can act on.
- Small, working steps beat big promises. A first version that does one job well teaches you more than a long specification. We would rather ship, learn and improve than guess.
- Ownership belongs to you. Code, designs, domains, hosting and app store accounts are in your company's name, so you are never locked in to us.
- Privacy is part of the build. Collect only what you need, protect it properly and design for the DPDP Act from the start, not as an afterthought.
- Being found matters as much as being built. A website or app nobody can find doesn't help your business, which is why we also work on search and AI visibility.
