Discover and Scope
We agree who the users are, the one job the app must do well, and what the first version includes. You get a written scope, a technology recommendation with reasons, and a fixed quote.
We build Android and iOS apps for businesses in India with Flutter, React Native, or native Swift and Kotlin. One team builds the app, the backend and the admin panel behind it, publishes it to the stores and keeps it working after launch.

WHAT WE BUILD
Customer apps. Ordering, booking, accounts, loyalty and support: apps your customers download and keep using. Payments go through a payment gateway that supports UPI and cards.
Business and field-team apps. Apps for sales teams, technicians, delivery staff and site workers, with offline use where the signal is patchy, and data that syncs when the phone reconnects.
First versions (MVPs). The smallest version of your idea that real users can try, so you learn what they actually need before spending on everything else.
Apps connected to your systems. Your app and your back office share the same data: accounting, CRM, inventory or an existing website.
The backend and admin panel. The app on the phone is often less than half the work. Behind it sits the server that stores users, orders and content, and a web dashboard where your team manages it all. We build both, so nothing is missing at launch.
CHOOSING THE TECHNOLOGY
We build with all of them, so we can recommend what fits your app rather than what we happen to know:
| Approach | What it means | When it fits |
|---|---|---|
| Flutter | One codebase for Android and iOS, with its own rendering engine | Most business apps, especially with a custom, consistent design on both platforms |
| React Native | One codebase for both platforms, written in JavaScript or TypeScript | Apps that share logic or developers with a React website |
| Native (Kotlin for Android, Swift for iOS) | A separate app for each platform | Heavy processing, deep use of device hardware, or the very best performance |
| Android first | Launch on one platform, add iOS once the idea is proven | Tight budgets where most users are on Android |
For most business apps, a cross-platform build is the more economical choice, because every feature is built and tested once. Native is worth the extra effort when the app depends on the phone's hardware or needs to be as fast as possible.
Many users in India are on budget Android phones and patchy mobile data. We keep apps light, handle poor connections gracefully, and test on lower-end devices as well as new ones.
HOW WE WORK
Short stages with working builds, so you can try the app on your own phone long before launch.
We agree who the users are, the one job the app must do well, and what the first version includes. You get a written scope, a technology recommendation with reasons, and a fixed quote.
We design the main screens and turn them into a clickable prototype, following Android and iOS conventions, so you can test the flow before any code is written.
We build the app, backend and admin panel in short stages. Test builds go to your phone through Google Play internal testing and Apple TestFlight, so you see real progress.
We prepare the store listings, run the testing the stores require, submit the app for review and launch. Then we stay on for fixes, OS updates and new features.
STORE ACCOUNTS AND OWNERSHIP
Publishing is where many first-time app projects get stuck. What to plan for:
You receive the source code, the designs, and admin access to the backend, hosting and store accounts. If you ever change developers, the app stays yours.
AFTER LAUNCH
An app is never quite finished. Android and iOS change every year, and Google Play requires apps to target a recent Android version to stay available to new users. After launch, we:
Planning a budget? Our guide to app development cost in India explains what drives the cost, including the parts people forget, such as the backend, admin panel and store releases.
