Most of the software we build falls into one of five kinds. Many projects combine two or three.
- Business platforms and customer portals. Places where your customers, dealers or partners log in to place orders, track requests, download documents or raise support tickets, instead of calling or emailing your team.
- Internal tools and admin dashboards. Software that replaces the spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and paper registers a growing team runs on: approvals, stock, field visits, job cards, attendance.
- CRMs and workflow software shaped around your process. When a general CRM forces your sales or service team into steps that don't match how you sell, a focused system built around your stages is often simpler to use and cheaper to live with.
- Integrations. Connecting the systems you already pay for, such as your accounting software, payment gateway, SMS and email, WhatsApp Business Platform or courier APIs, so data moves once and nobody re-types it.
- Modernising older systems. Taking over an ageing application, stabilising it, and replacing it piece by piece while the business keeps running.
CUSTOM OR OFF-THE-SHELF?
Do You Need Custom Software?
Often, no. If a well-supported product already does what you need, buy it: it will be faster and cheaper to start. Custom software earns its cost when one of these is true:
- Your team spends hours a week working around a tool, or copying data between tools.
- The way you work is part of what sets you apart, and a generic product would flatten it.
- Per-user subscription costs keep climbing as the team grows.
- You need two or more systems to talk to each other, and neither supports it well.

A middle path is common: keep the off-the-shelf tools that work, and build only the missing piece plus the integrations around it. We will tell you if that is the better option.
HOW WE SCOPE
How We Scope a Custom Software Project
Most software projects that go wrong were scoped badly, not coded badly. Before we quote, we work through these questions with you:
- What problem costs you the most today? Time lost, errors, slow response to customers, or information nobody can find. We start with the one that matters most.
- Who will use it, and on what? Office staff on desktops, field teams on phones with patchy networks, customers on their own devices. Each changes the design.
- What data exists already, and where? Spreadsheets, an old database, accounting software. Moving and cleaning data is often a large part of the work, so we look early.
- What must it connect to? Payment gateways, GST invoicing, SMS (which in India needs sender and template registration on the DLT platform), email, WhatsApp, maps or courier services.
- What is the smallest first release that is useful? We agree a first version your team can start using, then plan the rest in stages.
The result is a written scope: the features in each stage, what is out of scope, and a fixed quote. If something changes during the build, we agree it in writing before doing it.

WHAT YOU GET
What You Own at Handover
Software you depend on should never be locked to one developer. At handover you receive:
- The source code in a repository under your organisation's account, with the full history.
- The hosting and domain accounts in your company's name, with admin access.
- Documentation: how the system is set up, how to deploy it, and how the main parts work, written so another developer could pick it up.
- Admin training for the people who will manage users, settings and content.
We choose mainstream, well-supported technology rather than anything obscure, so that you can hire for it later. We explain each choice in the scope.
Built With Data Protection in Mind
Most business software handles personal data: customers, staff, suppliers. India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025 set out how that data must be collected, secured and deleted. Usually, yes. Most accounting software, payment gateways, messaging services and courier platforms offer APIs we can connect to. We check each integration during scoping, before we quote.

Yes. We stay on for fixes, security updates and new features, so the software keeps up as your business changes.
