Sameer Bhat is the founder of CyberSpark. He started out as a freelance full-stack developer and has spent more than a decade building and scaling production software, moving from hands-on engineering into technical leadership across architecture, delivery and engineering operations. His focus today is applied AI, scalable systems and the practices that help distributed engineering teams work well together.
